Our Story
Mr. Paul M. Brooker – Managing Member – Paul began his public accounting career in 1989.
He has worked at various public accounting Firms, including Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse and spent 3 years working in the Fiduciary Tax Departmentat JP Morgan.
Paul has extension federal and state income tax experience in all areas of taxation including Individuals, Partnerships, Corporations, Trusts, Foundations and Estates.
Paul has an accounting degree from California State University at Northridge, He has Masters of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. Paul is licensed CPA in both Pennsylvania and California. Paul is a member of both the AICPA & PICPA.
